  Infested with bed bugs. I got a section no later than 10 days later i realized it had some. So I called them. They wanted to wait until 5 days to do anything unless I just wanted to send it back. So to prevent the infestation from spreading, I sent the items back. They claimed they were clean and clear but wouldn’t even load them into their own delivery truck. ANOTHER truck had to come get them. Until that truck arrived they sat on my curbside. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Now, Eric Bailey himself was very respectful about the whole situation and seemed genuinely sorry.
